Noticed that Slav mentioned him in the pre-match presser. Maybe he still hopes that he'll come good. Must admit feeling a bit sorry for young Gokhan

Fully expect him to go back to Besiktas in January though

Good, as I don't think we've seen him both fit and injury free yet...

Being "fit" in Turkey and being "fit" for the Premier League are 2 very different levels

IMO Tore was Slav's , the one he'd worked with in Turkey, knew what he was capable of, so Tore turns up at West Ham, his mate Bilic is the boss, and thinks he's going to get game time,

As we all know it didn't and doesn't work like that, giving 60% ain't enough in this league, as does assuming he'd be first choice,.

Maybe now he is properly fit he can show some of what he is capable of, at least up until Jan and then make a decision.

Slav needs him to turn up and turn it on. He's Slavs man, what I have seen of him this season he looks a hard little bugger, maybe just the player to upset good ole Danny Rose, Maybe not start him against the Tel Aviv mob but 25/30 minutes to see what he's got.

From the Treatment Room

"Gokhan Tore is at the end of his rehab and will join training next week"

And if previous announcments about our injured players from the wonderful Mr Vandenbrouke are anything to go by, this means we on't see him before Christmas

We haven't seen him fit and free from the effects of injury...

I'm not judging him until we do.

The fitness is great.

Now lets hope his ability to pass a ball accurately to a team mate has improved.

So he's got injured again and we're stumping up the bill for his treatment (plus wages etc) even though he's out for the season?

Something's off about that. Very off.

'' Everyone will see a more successful Gokhan Tore when they return to the Sahara '' .

The answer to all our problems was staring us in the face all along , - I'm off to see my old mate Edwin The Bedouin .
