No idea other than say he wont be gracing the West Ham shirt again. Dreadful signing and bad judgement by Bilic who knew the player as well as anyone.

Poor bloke. I bet his mum still loves him.

(She could probably dispossess, and outrun him)

Calling someone sh*t after a couple of appearances when they are not fully fit after an injury is pretty naive in my opinion. Wonder if people here have seen Coutinho's first 10 matches after his injury.

Well you would have seen he was a shadow of himself until he got himself fully match fit.

A shadow of Coutinho versus any form of Tore wins hands down. Tore is utter pony.

He certainly didn't play as well as he can. He looked like he'd lost pace, energy, sharpness, and directness the second he started playing for us. I was actually looking forward to seeing him play when I heard we'd signed him. Thought he'd be far more successful than he has been. Bilic really wanted him too and obviously saw something in him - and he should know having spent a whole season as Besiktas with him, and seeing him train several times a week. Something obviously went wrong and I'm not sure what. Didn't I hear somewhere on here that he wasn't very popular with the other players?

I get where you are coming from coyi27. Obviously it's not a comparison to Coutinho.

I don't think we ever saw, or ever will see the best of Tore. Maybe he is maybe he isn't a Prem player, but he came to us with a decent reputation on the pitch, that of a lower end CL player, definitely a Europa League standard player, so should be more than good enough for us. A number of posters on here were excited about this signing, myself included.

Sadly what we saw was nothing of the sort. An injury record rivalling that of Diafra Sakho too has not done him any favours.

Doesn't look like we will see him again, but hopefully players such as Nordtveit, Feghouli and Ayew (all with similarly good reputations) will all come good in the following season.

He isn't the first!

Would like to know why our dressing room seems to have been so (allegedly) divided this season? Seems to be every other week there is a news story or a rumour.

We didn't see the best of him as a dribbler, crosser, goalscorer.

However, I was horrified at the frequency with which he relinquished possession. His inability to play short, simple passes to team mates in relative amounts of space was shocking. Not really a skill set that should suffer drastically in relation to an injury.

I can understand a pacey, skillful winger struggling to beat his full back when he's not fully fit. Ball retention when passing less so.
