Ricardo's mobile is playing up, leading to this very pony start to the thread, but knock yourselves out.

Streams will pop up here courtesy of Wembley and his very fine endeavours - cheers!

Be interesting to see if anyone features twice in two days, albeit briefly.

I'd expect all the first teamers to get at least another 45 minutes.

Decent opposition, I like what the club have done to get game time against clubs of similar ilk to what we would face in Europa early doors, albeit Rubin are probably a little better but it can only serve to help.

One of Tore's old clubs.

Have we had anyone else who has played for them?

I think we could see Quina in the first team (probably for the cups/EL) this year. From the little I've seen of him I'm impressed and don't see why he can't stake a claim.

No Reid or Carroll? I thought they might get a few minutes today after warming the bench yesterday.

I've loved what I've seen of him and I think he's a huge prospect but I'd be amazed to see him around the 1st team considering he's only 16 years old

I reckon we'll see Reid and Carroll on the 23rd as a warm up for the Europa league game.

Nordtveit at CB - be interesting to see how he does given he's mainly played in a 3 previously

Carroll and Reid take a short break

Andy Carroll and Winston Reid have both had the misfortune to suffer injuries during their otherwise successful careers.

Carroll returned from leg muscle problems to goalscoring form and fitness in the latter half of last season, while Reid was ruled out for a period after Christmas with a hamstring strain.

As with Nordtveit and Cresswell above, the duo – who both scored in last week’s draw at Carolina RailHawks – will be managed carefully through pre-season with a view to them being 100 per cent for the big Premier League kick-off in August.

Expect the pair to train with the squad but miss both midweek friendly matches in Austria ahead of a return to the pitch to face German side Karlsruher SC on Sunday.
