I just don't see the logic in selling an 8-game season ticket just for this season which will bring the club a massive (!) extra £365k approx in income. I was one of the last to get a Band 5 ST and paid for 2 seasons, no choice, but no complaints from me. If the club don't think they can get new ST holders to commit for 18 months for about £400, it makes you wonder how worried they might be about renewals for next season, despite the alleged waiting list.

That moment the boy at school you really can't stand gets a brand new iPhone 7, and you ended up with the Blackberry... You try and persuade yourself that yours has redeeming features, but deep down

I think it's more to do with that they are going to have to do a lot of rebanding and moving people for next season and not wanting to commit seats to people beyond the end of this season. You'll be able to renew but not necessarily in the same seat or for the same price.

And they get a cheese room!
https://www.theguardian.com/football/20 ... hart-lane?
Fans in the expensive seats at the new White Hart Lane will head to a cheese room to choose their specially sourced fromage and enjoy a one-way view of the players in the tunnel

All this pandering over spurs stadium is really cringy...you know you are going to get really upset when someone says to you 'if you like it so much...' well I don't need to say anymore.

That's how you do a stadium. Bet their retractable seats don't involve a builder demolishing a load of scaffold for a few months to get them out.

But why does that matter to us as fans? We're not the finance director.

And it's not as if the money we've saved on building our own stadium has allowed us to spend big on players has it?

I won't get upset because I don't care what people say, I'm always going to be a West Ham fan.

Doesn't mean I can't get royally ****ed off looking at our main league rival storming away from us and giving their fans phenomenal match day experiences. Meanwhile we're stuck in the cold, open to the elements concourse and sitting what feels like a mile away from the pitch in our seats.

"2019 Cricket World Cup: London Stadium major step closer to staging matches"

I recall some time back something about West Ham Season Ticket Holders getting priority for events such as this? There was even talk of a 'Stadium Season Ticket' to cover all events including Athletics, Cricket, etc?

Spurs get multi-billion dollar business NFL.
West Ham get a stadium that's actually big enough between stands to house a cricket pitch.
