From a recent press release.........."Among other things, it can be used to find and identify missing or wanted objects or persons in large crowds, to support the work of authorities such as the police"
How comforting

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
doubt they will get it for years to come as they cant even agree on the change of green carpet to claret around the pitch !
are there any improvements planned for the dust bowl for next season ? anything likely to make it better for the fans ? ok silly question !

There is nothing wrong with The LS when it comes to concerts. The Foo's could have been playing at Twickenham and then you would really have something to moan about. Just ask any Stones fans that have been to both stadiums recently, including myself.the pink palermo wrote:Went to Foo Fighters at the Bowl of disappointment last night and even Dave Grohl - who's seen more stadiums than most - was commenting how ****ing big the place was

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
Sorry if I've missed it, but any word on if the season tickets sold out in the end or not...
Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
Someone on the waiting list thread has an appointment to phone at 9am tomorrow so there is at least one ST left.
Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
People who are (and aren't) on the waiting list are still getting appointment times.Alfiehammer wrote:Sorry if I've missed it, but any word on if the season tickets sold out in the end or not...
I'm a lapsed season ticket holder after doing years at the Boleyn and one year at the LS. I have no intention of joining a list and I haven't been contacted about getting another.

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions
His words were actually very complimentary last night, welcome to night two at the biggest and best stadium in the world!
London Stadium Twitter couldn’t wait to repeat his words in a tweet.
I was there both nights and the atmosphere was fantastic on the pitch at least
