I’ll never forget the way the fanbase just sat there after Burnley and did nothing apart from a few brave individuals.

I'd love the real figures for every home game we've played in the bowl not a single full house I'll bet - even the first premier league game v Bournemouth wasn't full.

Was stated as 56,887. Wrong by nearly 14,000.
They might as well reveal next seasons match attendances now. I can:
Every PL home game in '18/'19 will be between 56,000 & 57,000 people. I have consulted the eye of time...
Still, who cares about the truth, these days...it's all about putting the shiny spin, on everything.

Was it worth moving?

Was said that it would have been 40,500. I reckon it might have turned out to be more like 43,000.

Grow up.......what's brave about running onto the pitch half cut or giving the board grief? I'm all for causing the board issues so they and the media take notice of our displeasure but don't call it brave.

They did what they wanted to do because they wanted to, not because of me, you or any other fan out there. I was annoyed with them because we needed to get on with the game to try and win it and they were just getting in the way of that. That's my opinion of course and if it goes against the grain.......boo hoo.

any sign of the seats moving back in to the dust bowl ?

any new improvements to the bowl likely claret carpet more flags more beer shelves ?

stadium wrap around claret seats etc. a few simple things but no we all know it will be seats on scaffolding as usual in the world class stadium not fit for football.

still the team is showing signs of being better so far !

good job we are away for a change on the first game of the season. another lie that football would have priority ! no first game at home, last game away, boxing day away. might as well play away all the time !

it doesn't feel like home after two seasons at the ***** bowl. I have renewed membership but doubt I will go so much as it is just hassle and that is before you get to the team !

only thing I enjoy is the carpenters and very rarely a decent team performance.

This may be my last season of regular attendance as I cant stand the bowl, the stewards, the stop/go boards, the walk to the ground through the wastelands of stratford, westfield, etc

Many people complained of getting wet at the front last season. Watching the Russia v Denmark game I noticed half the bottom tier had umbrellas up when it started raining. Is it impossible to build a stadium where the roof covers everyone without posts to hold it up?

Nothing to do with posts. If the rain falls vertically then you should be OK, but if there is any wind it will blow it in. Same at Wembley and many other stadiums.

Yes, e.g. the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff.

Massively true TPP. I know of no one around me in the Forge who is renewing I would say thats 50 people at least paying £2,500 each. Granted not a lot in the SKY era but still a big hole. They will need to do something astute to fill the cash void....

I was also at the Foo Fighters last Saturday and so I kinda broke my vow to never go to the stadium again, though was specifically talking about home games.

Anyway, gig was decent.
But, the whole place is horrible; the surrounding area, the shops, the consumerism, the people, the walk, the crowds, the infrastructure.... the whole lot ****ing disgusts me.
