I have a feeling once he has settled in, this could prove to be a very shrewd move by us, here's hoping we have included a future buy in clause in this loan deal.

To be fair, those stats are deceptive. Those mental attributes are really strong where they're needed, and if you scout him his actual ability is really quite high. Plus he's only 21. Calleri in

As I said on another thread, an Argentinian friend of mine who knows his country's players like no one else, is convinced this is a brilliant signing, nicked from under the nose of Barcelona.

And he said exactly the same to me a year ago about Lanzini, so that's a decent endorcement,

But don't the mods usually lock down these "welcome" threads until we get official confirmation from the club?
