Don't agree Cottee

Saints will be 10+
Man U is first game I think 3-5+

Saints only starts on 12 though and with everyone's points reset and a 3,200 allocation, I think there will be plenty. Only sold out to 4 points last season.

Not the best start for the ticket office though . . . . .

I've just had the second ticket confirmation :fsake:

I rang up the ticket office this morning and the lady I spoke to basically said "yeah, it's how we set it up but you will only get one ticket" Naturally there was no apology or apparent care. I said "so I will get one ticket and only be charged for one ticket?" " Yes" came the reply.

Why haven't West Ham sent out an email to AST holders just advising them of the glitch etc. How difficult is that? Why are we expected to waste our time ringing them to find out what is going on? It just shows the lack of regard they have of the fans and their own incompetence.

Looking on the bright side, they have increased the Booking Fee by 33% to help fund these new heights in customer service

Man United all sorted, easy as anything today luckily.

Block STH229, furthest block to the left of their away end

Just got Manchester United tickets

Website works alright, wish there was a way that you could just apply with all your details ready rather than be online at a certain time, really difficult with work sometimes

Annoying that you still can't choose a block but no issues buying on my phone today. Someone mentioned booking fees, mine were still £1 per ticket.

I make you right Chavs, its ok for me we've got a large group of us that go so there's always someone who can get online, but there's must be people who go on their tod or with their kids who get stuffed because they are working with no internet access.

Today the system worked fine and there wasn't an increase in the booking fee, still a quid

Very definitely £32 lifted from my bank account.

Surely AST's are not being charged more than others ? HTF does Her Ladyship justify that ??

Slaphead

This is what the OS site says on booking fees:

Booking Fees:
Online: £1 Bondholders/Season Ticket Holders/Claret Members, £2 Non-Members
Telephone/Post: £1.50 per ticket Bondholders/Season Ticket Holders/Claret Members, £2.50 per ticket Non-Members

The only £2 option is Non-members booking online

Complain. It really grinds my gears that they do this for STH, even on the bloody season tickets themselves.

I used to drive to the Boleyn to pay in cash to avoid it, can't do that now.

Already emailed the ticket office asking where the £2 charge has come from and how they can justify charging AST holders more than other fans. If they come back with a cobblers reply I am reporting it to the FSF.
