Even if that were so wouldn't any manager worth his salt already know what position he played in from studying opposition...

And even if he didn't know it from that then do what is only basic research when he arrived...

If the comment is true it's pretty damning whatever way you look at it.

Did he? Villa drew 0-0 and he came on after 60 mins. The BBC said "Villa struggled to fashion clear-cut chances and were fortunate to come away with a point."

I was being overly sarcastic, sorry

He came on after an hour and did f**k all, I reckon he'll blame it on claret and blue.

Maybe the manager should ask him again where he prefers to play...

I reckon he'll be at Celtic next season, retired in four years time.

Regardless of his comments, we were openly trying to ship him out even if it meant picking up a chunk of his wages and no other PL club came in for him. - speaks volumes.

Assumed he would be setting the league alight down there, seeing as how it was all the managers fault he wasn't a revelation for us.

I've been surprised with Villa in general, thought they would be top four easily

I think Bruce is a pretty sound manager, but he's surely on the brink

Ripping it up again.

"A shocking miss by Snodgrass. Adomah flies down the left and his cross is parried as far as Snodgrass, who hammers the ball against the bar from six yards with the goalkeeper on the floor. Villa should be 1-0 up here"

Was so predictable for me. Bilic weren't the problem, it was his own game.

Absolutely ridiculous that we were ever interested in him in the first place, I never have seen anything in him to suggest he could cut it for us and now the ugly f**k is struggling in the second tie!

Bruce must be playing him out of position. No other explanation for it..
