Was a great player for City. WAS.

Pace has gone. Nowhere near the standard.

For his wages, we could actually get the athletic up & down full back we need.

Typical Sullivan. Incompetent.

Dreadful signing, legs are gone, old, injury prone recently, also gives us Fonte and Zabaleta at the back, both 32/33, good to see us future planning

which is?

people were happy to nurture an arsenal (!) player for a short term fix at right back.

he's definitely past his peak. you know, at his peak he would play for the likes of man city and the argentinian national team.

i have no idea how gone his legs are, but he seems a capable defender.
may work out, may not.

if he actually comes, not the worst bit of business, potentially. may turn out to be, mind!

Naturally - we mustn't suggest that Bilic might have been the initiator, must we?

Definitely would have preferred us to invest in the position - but maybe we will still and a new guy and Zabaleta will work together, who knows.

Initial thumbs in the middle from me, slightly on the up, just hope this thread isn't premature.

:?

Absolutely nothing about this on the official site nor J Sullivan's Twitter.

Think I'll stick with the Transfer rumours thread....

Hope he and Lanzini are mates , may help to keep the little man here, my favourite player and one who is superb to watch.

Used to be a fantastic right back, as usual, by the time we get him he'll be an average right back with flaws that will be exposed the way we're set up. Not one right back has impressed under Bilic, not one.

Don't know how good his English is, but maybe something has been lost in translation. Think we have promised him Championship football, which he has interpreted as Champions League
