No Noble, Antonio and possibly Carroll. In a way I don't mind this as we might see some intricate quick football with Lanzini, Fernandes, Ayew, Feghouli, maybe Sakho or Calleri. Then again always a chance with those players of being too soft. Still I'm looking forward to some backheels and the ball moving forward quicker

We'll need to score at least two as Defoe is bound to score.

They are going to be nervy, desperate and absolutely have to win. Win this and we will be home and dry.

Can only see Slav replacing the banned Noble and injured Antonio.

If fit, I'd expect Carroll and Feghouli to be his choices.

they have just lost larson for the game against us

3 more points to just get over the line then give some of the fringe players a proper run in the team

fletcher should be given a start in all games after this one

They haven't scored a goal for over 10 hours of football so they are nailed on to get the 1st goal next week.

Outside chance we might see a Nathan Holland or Declan Rice making the bench for this one.

think Jordan Pickford is world class potential - would be a great pick-up for us when Sunderland go down..

No way this will be a draw, they have to win the game or they will be relegated (although they are basically relegated anyway)

I think if it's level after 50-60 minutes they will open up and we will punish them. 0-3 to the Hammers. :crest:

Don't watch the saves he makes, every goalkeeper in all 4 divisions is a good shot stopper, that's the easiest part of goalkeeping. Look out for the saves he doesn't have to make, through good organisation of his defenders, command of his 6 yard box, shouting instructions to his defenders and coming for and taking crossses

I think he's got his eye on a bigger move. Man United are linked.

Be nice to see a Sold Out sign for this game on the Official Site in the next few days.

Best ( IMHO ) fish and chips at any away game at Croziers, opposite Stadium Of Light Metro Station.

Just read that Sunderland haven't scored for 7 games in a row. And West Ham roll into town! The good news is I reckon we'll score one more than they do. 1-2.
