Its a total fiasco, I think they have one yts kid administering it .
You need to look back on the previous thread about this
I eventually got told where mine was about 9 months after paying,
the builders/paviors had laid them but not made a record of where they had put them and after months of emailing them they had to photograph them and go through all the applications to try and verify each one

so once again what started as a really good idea to get fans engaged and feeling part of the OS.has turned into a farce and now p***ed people off because of the lack of organisation ,you feel like you have been conned.

If you message me your email, I'll put you in touch with my dad, who had massive issues with this which he eventually got resolved.

I think the club was going to sell as many stones as arsenal, but that hasnt happened so a 'phase 2' will happen if they get enough sold.

Alas the quality doesn't match arsenals stones just like the cheese boards !!

Assuming you request for a refund has fallen on deaf ears and if you paid by credit card make an application to your credit card issuer for a refund under Sec 75 of the consumer credit act. They are jointly liable with the Champions Place mob.

An excellent suggestion Kialos, but do remember that Section 75 only covers good over £100 (I'm not sure how much these things are). Even if it is under a ton, you can still use you credit card company to get a refund. Vendors get a bit twitchy when credit card companies get involved. Mainly because if they don't play ball they take out sanctions such as kicking them out of Visa / MasterCard.

Failing that if you paid by debit card there is the Visa Charge back scheme which is similar to section 75 although the threshold is lower.

If that all fails, write them a letter, send it recorded delivery giving them 10 days to make a refund or you will be perusing your claim via the small claims court under your statutory rights. If you take this option give us a shout and I will provide you with some links that detail what those rights are.

Okay, you do have 120 days to make a claim. If it's over that then I would still give your bank a call and see whether they can help under "Chargeback" rules. Tell them they you paid your money in good faith but the goods have never been delivered.

If they say no, then go with my other option.

I completely forgot about the champions place stones. I order mine back in July and the website is stating that the current order status is locked? I have just emailed them, if I do not get a response in the next few days, then I will take the matter further.
