Worst managerial records? (Minimum 20 games)

Postby Ludeksgloves on Mon Apr 17, 2017 10:09 pm

Zola must be up there with a dismal 8.33% win rate at Brum.

Can anybody think of a worse record? There must be a couple. (Minimum of 20 games)

To put how bad Zola did into perspective, Moyes has a 18.8% win rate at Sunderland....

Remi Garde last season, 2 wins in 20. Even that's better than Zola's!

I'm not sure if he managed 20 games, but John Carver's must have been pretty bad. I think he only beat one team...

He didn't win a game in the Premier league, but he still managed them in the Championship and got around a 20% win rate by the time he left

Bored at work and just checked... none

McCarthy did beat us with Sunderland during his spell there, but that was in the Championship and not the Premier League.

It's going to be a long day at work

That was a terrible match, the most exciting part was waiting for a balloon that had come from the stands to finally cross the line for a 'goal'

Don't think he did 20 games but Terry O'connor was like a rabbit in the headlights at Wolves, don't think he even wanted it on a caretaker basis, looked petrified

Was that the game where Mings cleared one off the line with an overhead kick?

Tyrone Mears....yeah, I think so. That was the clearance where he jumped so high that he was fully upside down before he made contact with the ball. Looked for video, but can't find it.
