The 3 that I always think of are Les Reed at Charlton, Glenn Roeder for us (& yes yes first season he did great etc etc, but that squad....) & Mike Walker at Everton

No idea who that was, couldn't be us surely. We don't break teams bad records.

Wonder how many of those one or two wins on that list were against us

Bored at work and just checked... none

McCarthy did beat us with Sunderland during his spell there, but that was in the Championship and not the Premier League.

It's going to be a long day at work [/quote]

Good effort

Just for the record Mike Walker - 17% - 35 games - he got that job purely on the fact Norwich beat Bayern in Munich 2-1 (Goss and Bowen)

Interesting stats on Howard Kendall - who managed us 3 times

HK1 - 54%
HK2 - 39%
HK3 - 26%

And another interesting thing, every time I see the 'Taxi for Karren' thread it always reminds me of the origins of that story

It was when John Moores allegedly sacked Johnny Carey in the back of a cab in 1961 - his crime was only having a 42% win rate! (122 games)

He'll never make the 20 game minimum. Be lucky to make ten.

They beat Newcastle. That's all that matters.
