That is so unfortunate for poor old Liverpool, no other club suffers from such injuries.
Their fans should be applauded for the way in which they conduct themselves through such adversity
.

The dippers have organised a national media campaign to ensure justice for Sane, and a boycott of Cape Verde for all scousers as a holiday destination. MP's will be debating this injustice in an emergency session in the house of commons with a view to appointing a senior legal mind to head a public inquiry at a cost of estimated to reach £100m to the tax paying public (obviously dippers don't pay tax so that's fine with them).
In the meantime because Liverpool are the most successful club in world football and beloved by all, the premier league has given them two points per game that Sane misses and the FA and FIFA have given them a bye in all cup competitions, including the world cup where they are through to the qtr finals in Russia already and have first pick from all national squads prior to the game. As a further thank you dippers dont have to pay for tickets to attend away games home or abroad, a spokes scouse was disappointed with this development pointing out that they steam in to away ends so don't pay currently, so cannot see the benefit in that?

As of lunch time today everyone was fit with the exception of James Collins. dg

How bad are Reid and Fonte any news?
Are we looking at a back 3 of Kouyate Ogbonna Rice for Liverpool?

None of those three figured when we played three at the back at Wembley less than a week ago.

Reid is a big loss but Rice is probably more useful than Fonte or Collins for Liverpool.

Rice playing tonight.
Maybe Reid or Fonte will be available for Liverpool.

After saturday I would discount Ogbonna as well. If it was up to me he wouldn't get near the 1st team for a long time.

Apart from the probably negligible fee, what point is there in Reece Burke being on loan at Bolton?

I accept that he's not going to single-handedly resolve the seemingly never-ending injury issues the club has, but he made his debut seasons ago now.

He and Rice could develop together, on the margins of first-team opportunity.

.

To play football as a half decent standard rather then the slow /non competitive type of football favoured by the under 23's. That would be my guess.

He’s injured. Seems to be quite prone to it.

Didn't know that...

We need to cross-fertilise a thread or two.

How about

1. 'Players on loan, in someone else's treatment room',
2. 'Ridiculous contractual clauses holding us back', and
3. 'The shrugs and cockney sparrows of outrageous misfortune: 2017-18'

See absolutely no improvement since Lewin has come in. Maybe just have to accept it’s an aging squad or it’s the sub standard training facilities. Our fitness still looks well short as well. Understand today was a big effort but still don’t think they should be looking leggy after 60 mins. If kouyate is any sort of serious injury could have 8 out for Chelsea and Just 14 fit senior players. Hopefully Antonio was Just cramp.
