Having spent nothing this transfer window we should have enough to rebuild in the championship next year :scarfer:

The club will earn big money when somebody buys movie rights and makes a horror comedy "Diafra Psykho: Over the Channel and Back Injury Again".

The best bit of the transfer window apart from it being over is that we have kept lanzini, kouyate and antonio.

COYI

Time to get some points on the board

If we don't I've got a big Willy .. however mine doesn't have a cracking pencil moustache and isn't black (hence the wife's disappointment) But that's a whole different issue . :scarfer:

Not signing William Carvalho means we'll see more of Declan Rice , not signing another striker means we may get to see more of Martinez , not signing a winger means we may get to see more of Nathan Holland .

We complain we don't see enough of our Youngsters coming through . :scarfer:

After the disappointment if not adding to the squad on deadline day, it's time to push on with what we have.
I'm tired of the full year of whinging about the stadium. We're there, it's not changing and at times it was amazing last season (1st half Watford, Chelsea Cup, Spurs & Palace home) the place was rocking.
It's down to US to re-create the atmosphere of those games in every game.
Spurs purposefully had a small squad, trained 3 times on some days. Fitter players and less injuries as a result. Everyone could name their starting 11 we changed ours by 2-3 players every week.
Smaller squad puts pressure on the group to stay together and stay fitter for longer. There's constant cries on here to play Rice, Holland, Martinez etc now they habe a chance of being around the 1st Team.
We didn't play our strongest 11 at any point last season due to injuries the most important signing we have made might turn out to be Gary Lewin.

Plenty of early departing opportunities in store this season thus beating the rush and getting home early :)
