Hart OWED us that performance - seeing as he cost us plenty of points earlier in the season.
If he'd shown anything like that form Adrian would never have got a look in.

I think he's the better of the two keepers, but Guardiola utterly destroyed his confidence and self belief and he hasn't got it back yet.

Hopefully his performance at Chelsea will go some way towards helping with that.

It's a mixed bag I think when the two are compared.

I think Adrian is a bit more nimble and better with the ball at feet, but Hart is better under the high ball and seems to make a high proportion of 1 on 1 saves.

Both of them are okay imo.

Not much in it for me in terms of ability except that one is our player and the other is being put in the shop window for another club to gain from his sale.

Sendo is 100% correct about Guardiola. He pretty much destroyed a perfectly good keeper overnight and replaced him with a dogshit one. Talk about breaking a man’s confidence.

Untrue. Vintage Hart was long over before Guardiola came in. He wanted Hart to play his way and he couldn't do it. Players like Aguero and Sterling adapted alright.

His departure also wasn't for 100% footballing reasons. He'd been trouble for a little while.

Didn't have much to do and was so poor for that goal both in not getting it first time and then strangely going with his foot to try and clear it. Weird goalkeeping.

It looked, with the benefit of replays, that he had time to 'smother' it , seemed a little 'cowardly'.( I don't want to use that word but I can't think of another )

Maths ain't my speciality but do those figures suggest that Hart is statistically the worst?
