According to Moyes on WHFC site:

Joe Hart is over his illness...Chicharito is the only one. He has a problem with his fat pad on his knee.

He's played his last game for us, he'll be sold for roughly what the club paid for him, and we'll be reading for at least the next 6 weeks how awful everything was for him, and how we didn't deserve him etc.

And he'll go to another club, start 30% of his games, and score 8-10 goals. As per the norm.

It's what is under the knee cap (Patella) it can get irritated by a direct hit, or quadricep injuries and it is really painful.

Lets be honest he will probably go, the big problem who will be able to afford his wages, that's going to be a massive stumbling block for most teams.

This is true of most teams though isn’t it?

Even Liverpool should be thankful for Mo Salah who without they’d probably be hovering in mid-table. Tottenham without Harry Kane would drop quite a few places in the league.
Crystal Palace without Zaha, probably relegated.

I hope if Pellegrini comes, he decides to stay. Pellegrini will get the best out of him.

100%. Bit like the Rooney situation, now the manager has gone, he may well stick around to see how he’s going to figure

He wants to stay but will only stay for a manager that wants him and will play him.

Here's hoping. The whole Strikers on the bench situation had got untenable.

He’s average anyway. Would be as well getting rid and getting someone who can compliment Arnautovic

He may well be able to compliment Arnie, it’s not like we really tried it last season

As mentioned elsewhere Pellegrini’s stated preference to play 2 up front has presumably doubled his prospects of playing. Depends though whether his contribution outside the box is enough.

Still not a starter for me. 17 Premier League starts for West Ham - how many have we won? 3? Against which teams - Swansea, Huddersfield (Both played off Carroll as striker IIRC, think that was the period where Slav was getting stick for playing him left wing) and a tanking Watford.

Just to be clear - think he’s a quality player, we just don’t have a balanced enough starting 11 to compensate for his weaknesses and bring out his strengths.

Him and Arnie showed signs of developing a bit of an understanding in the first half

He made the keeper make the only real save of the match, won the penalty after a great bit of close control and had another decent effort blocked for a corner. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying he played like Ageuro but he is far from the problem IMHO

i expect he will be back on the bench against Arsenal, but would like to see him start against Wolves
