Level pegging at the moment. Shaping up to be a real nail bitter.

Really wish it worked out for him here, mostly so we could've had some sort of "Radio Zaza" song take off

I don't recall either of them pulling up too many trees when they were playing for us.

Watched the game last night, he looked pretty decent. Never heard so many mentions of West Ham in a non West Ham game either.

Malaga's defense is worse than ours.
Zaza never had that much space in any of the games he played in this country.

Defending might have been weak, but it was the drive and desire to get on the end of things that he had in the video...that comes with confidence and trusting your team mates

I actually thought Zaza would do well here if given time to bed in. Has the build for English football and the work rate. It was the ridiculous contract and terms of the loan deal that made him unplayable. If we had bought him for a three year term and he had time to actually learn who his teammates were and how to speak to them I think he would have become a good striker for us.

hammernsickle you are so right. Despite all the comments on here he was never given a fair chance. You don't get to play at Juventus if you are the muppet some people believed he was. Good luck to him. :scarfer:

Zaza got given a chance here, he just didn't take it, even he admitted that.

Spurs away - f**ked it when we could have gone 3-1 up

Man Utd away - shot went for a throw in, video goes viral, the world laughs at us and him.

Accrington at home - manages one attempt, a snapshot straight at the keeper.

Soldado looked the b*ll*cks in Spain, he was **** in England.

Lile I've said before, it's a League tbat should suit him more as the defending is generally piss poor compared to here. He now gets all the time and space in the world without having to worry much about the physical side of the game he struggled so badly to get to grips with here, same went for Calleri.
