As much as I'd love having the ground on my doorstep, the lack of transport links would be a killer.

Used to play cricket there. Nice bar, but the facilities were poor. I know for a fact we’ve ‘tarted’ the place up, but in the true style of our owners it’s all fur coat and no knickers.

While it’s an improvement on Chadwell Heath in terms of pitches, it’s still a huge embarrassment compared to our contermparies and many a club at a lower level to us. Hardly befitting a club of our stature

See my earlier comment, slightly tongue in cheek, but nothing would surprise me with this lot.
Transport links no worse than Upton Park!

Can’t really comment on the facilities relative to peers but it is noticeable from the video that it’s been ‘West Ham-ified’ in much the same manner as the LS. It would probably take the 60 minute makeover team a couple of episodes to remove all evidence of West Ham from both the training ground and home stadium.....adds to the feeling of short termism at the club.

Might want to get them in to sort out the seat conversion after concerts etc. Would save a fortune.
