Because we tried him at right wing back under Bilic and it did not work.

Michail Antonio wrote: I would like to be a winger in a four, like a 4-4-2
Which is exactly where he played and looked very dangerous in the first hour against Watford. He ran all over their right back, absolutely terrorised him.

But he had zero defensive responsibility as he had Cresswell playing directly behind him as an out and out left back.

I'd go with either...

----------------------- Adrian ----------------------
Zabaleta Ogbonna Collins Reid Cresswell
------------ Noble Mario Kouyate --------------
----------- Arnautovic Hernandez -------------

or

-------------------- Adrian -------------------
Zabaleta Ogbonna Collins Cresswell
Lanzini Noble Mario Kouyate Antonio
----------------- Arnautovic ----------------

Some of their attacking play yesterday was incredible. They made Porto look like some 3rd or 4th division team, away at Anfield in the 3rd round of the FA Cup. Salah's control for his effort! Sheesh.

This article analyses how they were set up, with Henderson, Milner and Wijnaldum providing the platform for the attacking trio.

Liverpool are still hugely erratic, spectacular wins and unexpected defeats (Arsenal the same)......so predicting how we'll get on up there is difficult. Hoping for a point at best.

I honestly don't care what they did last night, they're just as capable of losing to sides at the bottom of the table.

Mane has a f**king weird hairline.

Pretty tricky getting out quickly which ever way you go mate. Hasn't got the best links to and from the ground for either clubs.

It does seem a bit of a pain, these pesky old style stadiums with unsuitable infrastructure! Seems like sitting in traffic is the only option.

Am I the only one who thinks this could be a return to the 80s when it was either a 3 nil or 6 nil defeat?

2-2 draw. Hugill gets his first goal. Wonder what the odds are for that?

It really isn't. Until Slav we hadn't won there in my lifetime. The West ham way is to concede shedloads at anfield.
