I’m in as well. I agree with previous comment (s), what he did was well thought out and to use a phrase “a marker in the ground”.

Civil case?! What about a civil case against the board for false marketing, obtaining money through deception, etc - it’s easily proven they lied in order to con the fans. Counter sue them.

Same here. No idea what the first 3 were about, but that one was a call to arms, a deliberate statement of disgust, and I applaud him for it

He has my support.

What he did on Saturday, that's the West Ham way, right there.

I fear they may make an example of him, in order to deter similar acts in the future, despite the huge backlash they will receive, I doubt they care, it's obvious to all that they are now past the point of no return.

Can only wish him luck, in his battle against this truly awful regime.

What does that mean Doc? Do you mean separate to the whole pitch invasion stuff?

As far as I am concerned the bloke was representing a lot of us, and actually had the balls to take action, while most of us just talk about it, will definitely help out with any fund to pay the fine, if the club are stupid enough to proceed with their threat.

Disappointing to hear the club may take this further, typical of their behaviour over the years with everyone, staff, managers, players, fans

They'd be best just sticking to a ban as they'll have to do that whatever happens, which is a shame because what he did was fantastic. Some stupid journos going on about Souness and his flag job !!

The club should pay the FA and shut up about it, they'd not like a mass pitch invasion if we get relegated, miserable ****ers they caused the problems and now want to blame the fans as usual.

If anyone knows Bubbles can you suggest he contacts Melanie Cooke http://www.football-law.co.uk.
She is one of the most experienced football lawyers in the country and has advised and represented countless fans, including many West Ham.

Should the club pursue a "civil prosecution" against him, would he be able to countersue or use the fact that they misrepresented the London stadium when purchasing his season ticket? Distance from the pitch inadequate stewarding etc?

Was thinking about this this morning. Can we sue the owners for breach of a verbal contract?

Talk of a civil action is total hogwash legally. If it came from the police they have no idea what they are talking about. If it came from GSB it is still hogwash but does highlight the abject insincerity of their so-called truce. Have you ever seen anyone who is not on the run with a lot to lose offering a truce? The protests need to intensify to get rid of these characters.

The other pitch invaders were just running around manically with no point or purpose. He was a symbol. I'd happily chip in for any support.
