For what?

He at least got to play some part of a Europa League final, and Marseille will be in it next year. He watched us put the reserves out against Astra Giurgiu...

Scott Parker is a bigger c*nt than Payet.

And I loved that pirouetting b*stard.

Marseille were far from "bumxxxxed". The difference really came down to Madrid having a clinical finisher in Griezman and the Marseille keeper playing a stupid pass in defense which was pounced on and converted by Griezman. The Marseille striker Germaine missed an equally decent chance when Payet put him through on goal and Payet coming off injured after 20 minutes when they were 1-0 down also didn't help. Still if the header from Mitroglu had gone in instead of come back off the post and run along the line things could maybe have been different. It was a bad night for Marseille and the score reflected that but they weren't bumxxxxed the way that we have been far too many times over the past couple of seasons. Losing 9-0 over two legs to Man City is getting "bumxxxxed".

Plenty on here seem to hate Payet and love Bilic who took a very similar stance although Payet didn't go to a rival. Strange world. :?

I think we were fed lies about Payet from the Dildo Brothers... they didn't match his ambition, he got a little upset... they then pretended that he went on strike etc... and made him look the bad guy. Some people still believe that Payet was the bad guy, I kind of think both sides could have handled it better.

Payet was the best player I've seen at West Ham for years, and whenever I see him play it's a joy, as he is that good and we got to see it for us over a season and a bit. It's also sad at the same time, because if the owners were as ambitious as they said they were, we would still have him here.

Obviously late to this but the 2nd and 3rd goals Exeter scored last night in their Playoff game against Lincoln are well worth checking out. Both worldies.

Isn’t it only a yellow now where it’s a genuine attempt for the ball which it seemed to be?
Jones didn’t help himself by using his right rather than left foot though IMO

How did Jones get a place in the world cup squad.

And I'm not basing that on just this game, I'd have Tomkins over him I think..

His defensive partner at man Utd must be scratching his head how he's not going but Jones is.

I tend to agree, but even Smalling hasn't covered himself in glory this season.

Arnie made them look average recently.
