Not sure if this is the absolute latest news on Arnautovic but it looks like he's set to stay at West Ham .

My news on Arnautovic has not changed. Just spoke to a couple of people who have told me he is not for sale and has been training superbly these last few days (including today) club don’t want to sell, no one has bid and unless his brother (agent) persuades him 2 go-he is happy

Someone kidnap his brother and we're good to go .

I reckon we will get him.
Apart from looking vaguely like him, he really isn't. He's more a Mark Noble circa 2008.

So in other words he doesn't know if he is going or not. But if we do sell him at the last minute, you know who to blame.

Oh i just was making a joke about the clucas clan. Sunshine. Funnily enough I could read the bid about Burnley signing him.

Ogbonna is a (fairly) good player but that's about it IMO. I don't think he was that great last season, but was probably the best of a bad bunch, who conceded bucket loads again. I get that it's not all his fault - he hasn't got the best protection over the last couple of seasons - but I'd sell him if it meant we could afford to bring Mawson or Lascelles in, who are younger and more consistent, as well as being English (which I think helps a lot at CB).

Probably, but that isn't saying much! I don't think he's a BAD player, I just think the two I mentioned are better (for now and for the future) and if it meant selling him to bring either one in, it would be a no-brainer for me.

I think Ogbonna's been our best defender since he was signed. Even when he was playing through his knee injury.

yes i dont disagree with anyone who wants a younger / better player and as all of our other cb's are either crocked or have been sold im happy to let the manager do what he sees best .

Not transfer news, but I liked this picture of Obiang driving a pretend tractor.

Hugh has us down to sell Hugill, Byram and Oxford (if we get a bid in of over £10million) and Obiang is going nowhere.
Read into that what you will

to be fair those pictures were posted today but they werent from training today as the Arnie, Wilshere pic was also posted yesterday which means the original post could still be right.

My son was there with an offical FA delegation. He didnt see Ogbonna and I think all of the players have to be in atendance for the briefing if they are at the ground
