Do clubs "interview" managers they head-hunt?

I can't imagine a top quality manager having an interview. A meeting and/or negotiation, yes; an interview, no.

Praet is alright...If we are going to try and buy players from Samp again Linetty or Torreira would be better.

Torreira especially would add more to our midfield.

we shouldn't be playing with wing backs. The only teams outside of Chelsea who did were WBA, Stoke, Swansea, us and Watford, and three of them got relegated!

That’s not true. Most of the league have played a wing back system at various points over the season. Man Utd played it only the other week against us, Spurs used wing backs for a portion of the season, as did Arsenal, while Man City seemed to prefer that system early on when Mendy was fit.
