For me Collins comes closest to those West Ham heroes from my youth. Not many modern players would make he short list, but he is up there.

Loved him as a player, no heirs or graces just a proper footballer. I know hes not short of a bob or two but shows class. :thup:

While playing for us, he has missed about two full season's worth of matches. League games, that is.

Not surprised he is injured again, rather that he still wants to play.
I know I would just hit the beach.

Rolling Stones still playing and touring..

Jagger and Richards both over 70..

they just can't stop - it's in their blood and they Shirley don't need a bob or two extra ?????
