1. A positive goal difference. (Everything else regarding league position and such like will follow from that).

2. Play your best available team in the cups.

3. Don't be afraid to give the youngsters a chance.

Aiming for 7th. The whole of the PL outside the top six has been largely **** this season, the right appointment and it shouldn't take much to be where Burnley are now in twelve months. If Everton get their act together they would feel the same and Leicester still have some top players, but after those two any finish lower than 9th really should be unacceptable since the OS move and what was promised. No more "let's get to 40 points and see how we go/survive at all costs" attitude, show some ambition.

Attack both of the cups. Won't put a round target as it completely depends on the draws, but at least go for them from the moment we enter and stop worrying about later league fixtures in our selections.

Lower the average age of the squad. After West Brom we had the oldest squad in the league, it really showed in certain games. Bring in young fast exciting players who want to prove themselves in the PL, no more 35 year old has-beens.

Complete overhaul of the scouting at the club. No more "star" signings that won't necessarily fit our formation (Chicharito), been **** for years and relying on past glories (Joe Hart) just to try and sell a few shirts/gain Facebook likes, or because they're the only players around that anyone at the club's heard of (Patrice Evra). Go out and find the next big thing from France, Germany, Championship etc instead of these lazy 'safe' signings.

I want to see this as well but it's going to be really tricky.

Agree completely that the focus needs to be bringing in players 22-26 to add some much needed energy to the squad but it's rare to find them of the sort of character we need as well. As it is there's a real lack of leaders in that squad beyond Nobes, Zabaleta and Adrian (maybe Oggy as well in a slightly different way).

1. Top half finish
2. A reasonable go of the cups
3. Please no more squad players but players that improve the first 11

You're right it's tricky to recruit young promising players, but we've got to get out of this cycle of signing players just because we've heard of them.

If the scouting's done properly you can find top players, Tottenham getting Dele Alli for £5m, Leicester finding N'golo Kante at Caen, Brighton signing Pascal Gross... the club has to lose this safety at all costs attitude first before we start taking chances in the market

My overly ambitious targets would be.

1) 50+ points which would be more than enough to finish in the top 10.
2) A cup Semi-Final. Dependant on the Draw of course. I don’t mind which.
3) Integrate players from the Academy into the first team.

Obviously all 3 would be superb but I would like a combination of 2 of the 3 with a minimum points tally of 45.

1) Reduce the average age of the squad
2) Get rid of any players who do not want to be there
3) Take the cup competitions more seriously.
4) Give Collins a years deal and a coaching role afterwards
5) Create a club identity from the kids up to the first team.

I could go on....

1 have a plan for how to play (obviously with options to match up with different opponents)
2. Start putting together a squad that fits that style and goal rather than the biggest name available
3. Introduce more skill and pace to the lineup
4. Short term mid-table is fine if it comes with 1-3 as it takes time to build a foundation.

1. No ****ing tonkings! I'm tired of watching us ship three or four goals to just about everyone.
2. Positive goal difference.
3. A minimum of 10 points clear of relegation by Christmas
4. Beat City at the Etihad and the bindippers at Anfield
5. Six points off Tottenham
6. Sell Evra ..... for spare parts or medical research if necessary

1. Entertaining football synonymous of 'The West Ham Way' or something just as stylish and attractive to watch
2. Give at least 1 of the Cups a good go, preferably both
3. Aim for top 6 European finish but at least top half bare minimum (should we do well in the Cups then I can accept a lower half finish that doesn't result in relegation)
4. Bring through Academy boys deemed good enough
5. Sell deadwood/recruit shrewdly and with a keen eye for a flair player
6. Encourage a winning mentality
7. Promote a professional culture within the Club
8. Try and empathise with the fanbase
9. Play to win

Asking too much I know but that's what I want from a new manager and I wasn't the one asking to move or spouting about the 'next level' which I deem the above to now be within reason.

My 3

1. Top 8
2. Being able/and willing to play near full strength in the Cups
3. Score more than 55 goals.

All of the above for 3 seasons in a row.

All unrealistic given the amount Sullivan needs to spend, which in my opinion will need to be upwards of £80 million net this window.

Target - top eight. Minimum -10th.

Target - Cup Final. Minimum - Quarter final in either cup.

Target - Solid team with flair. Minimum - solid team who compete in every match.

Obviously these are adjustable depending on mitigating circumstances.

A philosophy and style of play from the youth teams to the first team, that extends to recruitment.

Would need the owners on side, maybe a big ask for a manager to implement on his own.

I want a manager that actually manages, I don't want a company man or shrinking violet; A manager who knows how he wants to play and will work with the players to achieve it, no matter who he upsets,

I want him to help create an academy that kids WANT to come to knowing that if they are good enough they'll get a shot, I want him to rebuild the relationship with local kids, and encourage the club to do so.

Lastly I want him to push the players so they come off the field knackered knowing that they have left nothing on the pitch, I want him to regain the respect that the club had amongst it's peers. I want to be proud of my club again.

1. Give Andy Carroll a 6 year contract.
2. Sign Wiltshire on a 6 year contract at £200,000 a week.
3. Sign Buffon on a 6 year contract.
4. Sell Lanzini to Liverpool.
5. Piss off Arnoutavic so he goes missing for the rest of the season.
6. Don't get relegated.
