Beat Spurs and Chelsea at home
Play at least one proper striker every game, and sometimes two.
Sell Antonio
Keep ball on floor
Train up Noble to replace him one day.

Mid table mediocrity.
Add promising youth to playing staff.
Set up for growth and success in future seasons.
Implement a style of play.

1/ at least 200 shots on target in the 38 games season.

2/ zero stupid booking/sending offs for spitting, at or elbowing an opponent, taking off your shirt or going into the crowd when scoring, time wasting or arguing with the ref.

3/ 100% effort in every game for the full 90 minutes.

as others have had more than three, my fourth would be any player who dives gets fined a weeks wages.

1) get the squad balance right.
2) get the players coached correctly.
3) play attractive football.

Well seeing as West Ham were paid 116 mill by the Premier League, I'd like to see at least 50% of that reinvested in younger players who are actually going to play and not keep the bench warm....

Realistic targets for new manager in first season. Only if he is given the support in the transfer windows, if he isn't then it'll be a bottom half finish with maybe 40/45 points....

1. 55 points minimum
2. Positive G/D
3. Quarter final of a Cup

If these are acheived in first season then i think it should be

1. Europa League place
2. Cup Semi

I think if I’d just been made the new manager of West Ham my first target would be anew agent. My second would be a shitload of nurofen.

I pity anyone stupid enough to agree to work for these ****ing pickle smoochers.

1. Bring some pace into the team
2. Pass the ball in front of the player like everyone is taught from age 7
3. Get the average age down by 5 years and show some youth in our team

Will cost an absolute fortune due to the lack of investment over the last 5 years, good luck to the poor fella that takes this job, I bet they are out of work at the moment!

1. Keep Arnie, Lanzini, Ogbonna & Rice. Replace the rest, yeah that'll be the day right?.

2. Top half finish

3. Take the cups seriously.

.
Pinky how about some backroom staff?

Not only has Moyes, Pierce, McKinley & Irvine left, now the recently appointed and highly regarded Head of Fitness Nick Davies has left. Other contracts up for renewal soon are Head of Medical, Head Physio & Assistant, Rehab Coach and Head of Performance.

Couple this with no sight of the ‘promised’ new scouting regime, the club is in utter turmoil. I wouldn’t say it is a sinking ship but it is leaking badly. It doesn’t bode well for a good start to the season and confirms the problems working for the incompetent ‘toxic trio’.

Just get two quality box to box midfielders...

That will realise all sorts of targets.
