Sorry to hear this.RIP Ray. Great full back who had a brilliant partnership with George Cohen.
I remember the 1966 world cup final like it was yesterday.
Sadly I make him the 4th of that side to have passed away now.

I remember Ray from the 1966 World Cup Final and playing for Everton , never saw him play as by the time I started going to matches in 1969 [ aged 13 ] his career was on the wane and wasn't part of the Everton first team - nevertheless a great England and Everton full back who also played for Huddersfield - in fact he's Huddersfield's most capped England player

Of the eleven, I thought he’s only the third after Moore and Ball. The other 8 - Banks, Cohen, 2x Charltons, Hunt,Peters,Hurst and Stiles are still alive I think.
