The Bobby Moore Fund donation thread 18/19

Postby Ludeksgloves on Wed May 23, 2018 3:46 pm

It’s that time of year again. I’ll just quickly introduce the idea for the newbies:

Say how much you will donate to the BMF if a certain occurence of your choice happens over the course of the next year.

I’ll go first:

If we break our transfer record, i will “match” the sum like so:

30m = 30 quid
40m = 40 quid

Over to you!

And be nice, its all for a good cause!

And naturally, I expect that as men of you word, you will stand by your bet and not chicken out. It’s for the BMF after all! :kumb:

Reminds me I owe about £100 for this season, will need to dig out RARS thread then get it paid up.

£10 to the BMF for every goal Arnautovic scores this season.

2017/18 To be settled:

Thread Here

Bets settled and donations confirmed: £145

Settled & Paid:

Patito
£50 with Ifebbubbles that we finish the window with £30m net spend or higher.

Wildy
Will donate £1 per million we spend today.
£10 if we don't sign anyone.

Rars:
£10 bet with Pink Palermo that Javier Hernandez scores 5 goals in his first 10 domestic matches in all competitions.

YorksHammer
£25 to the BMF if we don't get relegated this season.

DD Hammer
£50 with Ifebbubbles that we finish the window with £30m net spend or higher.

__________________________________________

My Summary of the below is these are what is remaining to be settled and paid (My apologies if some of these have since been paid):

DD Hammer (£70)
£20 with Mega Ron that Ayew scores a minimum of 12 league goals.
£50 with YorksHammer that West Ham finish higher in the league than Everton

Sanchoz (£57)
£1 for every goal the first team scores in all competitions for the 2017/18 season.
(48 League, 1 FA Cup, 8 League Cup)

HammerMan2004 (£57)
£1 for every goal the first team scores in all competitions for the 2017/18 season.
(48 League, 1 FA Cup, 8 League Cup)

Rocket (£5)
£5 for each double against anyone else.
(x1 Huddersfield)

ironilunga:(£25)
Bets YorksHammers £25 that the winner of the 2017/18 Hammer of the Year will be either Andre Ayew, Sofiane Feghouli, Arthur Masuaku or Edmilson Fernandes, or any other player that was signed permanently in the summer transfer window of 2016 (excluding Manuel Lanzini).

_________________________________________________________

Void:

DD Hammer
£50 if West Ham sign William Carvalho before the close of the January transfer window

Rocket:
£200 if we win the league;
£150 if we finish 2nd-4th;
£100 if we finish 5th or 6th;
£100 if we win a cup;
£50 if we are runners-up in a cup;
£25 if we are semi-finalists in a cup;
£10 for each double against any of the 'big six' (Man U, Man City, Liverpool, Spurs, Chelsea, Arsenal).

Doc H Ball:
1. £50 that no other 1 player will start more league matches as captain, than Mark Noble
2. I will donate £50 if Sullivan successfully sues Sporting Lisbon.
3. I will donate £25 for a full formal retraction pre court

fjthegrey
£10 Noble has a higher average rating on whoscored than Renato Sanches this season. Mitigating circumstances are if either of them play less than 60% of their teams games due to injury the bet is void.

I was just literally thinking about last season’s thread today! I’ll settle up on pay day.

Would like to do the same wager again this year. £1 per goal.

Wonder if there's any chance of Cardiff parting with his money and paying to charity, as he promised?

I'll give TBMF...

£1......for every £1m we spend above £30m (net) in this summer transfer window.

I've gauged it so that Sir Bobby will probably be paying me by the end of it.........Image
