Did he take part in training today? Haven't seen anything and I love a good 'first day' gallery.

I imagine he'll fit well into the Nobes - Cressie - Carroll circle (no jokes about him and Carroll in the treatment room).

Of all the relatively rare negative posts about signing Wilshere I find yours the most ridiculous. One of the most overrated players in football??? You’re having a Turkish mate. He is total class. Easily the best midfielder we have. You cannot watch his show reel from LAST season and have that conclusion. Injury/fitness... I get the concern but we have players with far worse injury records. Lanzini, Carrol, Byram, Reid etc. only time will tell how he copes fitness wise but he is certainly not overrated. I hope he proves all the doubters wrong, as we all do, but I wish him all the best and I’m delighted he’s here.

And he's right - there's a reason Jack gets injured so often , it's down to his style of play , he almost invites heavy late tackles by his movement with the ball , if he were Spanish or Italian the Media would be raving about him , should be an England regular and mark my words he will be with West Ham .
Our most exciting signing this year [ and I'll include Anderson in that ] .

Yup that absolutely solidifies the long term view I’ve had, that you have no idea when it comes to football.

Yes!! :scarfer: Get in finally!! a genuine Pirloesck replacement for dead weight Noble, more guile, skill, & composure. Those wanting Wilshire to play with Noble are in cuckoo land, we would have minus pace and be stuck in mud on our massive home pitch, basically, cut to shreds. Obiang & Kouyate compliment Wilshire's game, Noble don't, can't & never will, wake up ffs.

PS No fags til post career plz
