I seem to remember a certain Gareth Bale was/is pretty skilled at doing just that...Sadly he played for that other lot, not WHUFC. Last edited by Upton Carp on Tue Oct 09, 2018 2:16 pm, edited 1 time in total.

Re: Andriy Yarmolenkorather he did and rested for next one. he needs to build his fitness though and toughen up . he should look at arnie as how we want him. hard fully committed bast*rd !
Re: Andriy Yarmolenkohe is what he is at his age...
he needs some minutes that's all....... either today or tomorrow or the next day.. how many of the Spurs "English lads" will play 2 games this week.. all of them I hope...(but not likely) Erickson should be back for this - I am sure I read it on the Beeb sports page but now can't find it...
Re: Andriy YarmolenkoO E O Andriy Yarmelenko
O E O He's better then Shevchenko O E O He even scores when we're away 1 2 3 4
Re: Andriy YarmolenkoOppos will have the notion that he crumbles if you give him a whack, so I reckon Spurs 'hard man' Dier will attempt a reducer early doors.
Yarmie will have been briefed not to go under, so will punch Dier full in the throat and leave a size 10 imprint on his gormless, expressionless face. Red card, standing ovation.
Re: Andriy YarmolenkoNo news of his inury yet?
@whufc_news are tweeting rumours that he's out for the season with a ruptured achilles
Re: Andriy YarmolenkoIt's us, of course it will be a rupture. Will be 6 months. When will our injury curse ever end? It's always first teamers and always long term.
Re: Andriy Yarmolenko
Not if we don't start signing fitter players it won't. Yarmalenko only just returned from a foot injury in April of this year for Dortmund, after picking up an injury in Janaury. He was also injured from December 2015 until February 2016 for Dynamo Kyiv. So why did we sign him when their are plenty of fitter players out there? And being 2 years away from being 30, it's hard to imagine him getting better with the injuries. I am not disputing whether he is a good player or not. I have expressed plenty of times on here how much of a good player he is. But what good is that if he'll be injured all the time?
Re: Andriy YarmolenkoI agree why do we never learn why keep buying injury prone players surely Carroll was a wake up call but no we bought Wiltshire and yarmolenko. Why such stupidity is it the owners always looking for a bargain shoddy goods need to be replaced often or is it a pellegrinni mistake
Re: Andriy YarmolenkoAccording to C&H
"Andriy Yarmolenko has received the devastating news that he is out for the rest of the season. Suspicions that the Ukranian had damaged his achilles have been confirmed by the club to CandH this afternoon and he has immediately been ruled out for up to six months."
Re: Andriy YarmolenkoUnfortunate news for him and us
However, this is why we pay Pelligrini £7m a year. it is up to him to come up with something new now with the players we do have available
Re: Andriy YarmolenkoRuptured Achilles. See you next season
Re: Andriy YarmolenkoLooked a nasty one, Arnie's reaction made it clear as well. Poor bloke.
Re: Andriy YarmolenkoTriffic
Re: Andriy Yarmolenko
He will still be back before Carroll
