I can see what the LS Operators are trying to achieve but they are failing miserably. If you look at the food and drink offerings at US baseball stadiums its very similar. Just poorly executed at the LS.

Its all zero hours and bank staff who couldn't give a s*** about the service they offer to customer.

Hence the lack of organisation or progress improving things. After 2 seasons at the bowl we are still struggling to enjoy ourselves due to this lack of abilty to change anything.

The toilets need desperate work knocking access points through so there is a flow of people etc. Not the huge lines come HT.

forget US baseball stadiums, the Amex on friday night was a pleasure to be in (if not to get to)

Proper decent beer, decent pies and you only feel mildly ripped off at the prices

Great big wavey West Ham flags on the pitch before the game... Just like the ones they have at Arsenal...!

Pick N Mix...

Hot chocolate stall...

And... err... nope, I am out.

(NB. I doubt they actually had anything to do with any of the above)

If only we had a CEO that treated the people that attend as supporters!

Out of interest, anyone know if Brighton also provide their fans with the local to away fans brews they provide on the away end? ( as another alternative for them).

As has been said before the toilet bowl is the worst football stadium in the league.

overpriced beer
over priced poor quality food
poor stewards
poor viewing area
poor concourse
poor soul less outer concourse
poor stadium

the whole place couldn't be run any worse and yet we the fans are the ones who suffer the most.

the only reasonable thing is the Bovril at 2.50 a go. however the idiot who served me needed help on pouring the stuff as he usually did the chocolate drinks ! quality staff all round.

Nothing will ever change. WHUSB/SAB, they can call themselves anything and it'll ALWAYS be the same.

Even WHUISA are getting watered down with the inclusion of Whetstone onto the committee, which for me was an utterly bizarre decision.

Really ? I don't see this thread highlighting divisions among supporters at all - why do you think it does ?

It's just a straightforward thread asking readers of this site exactly what 8 years of the SAB/whusb has delivered for supporters .

So far we've had

Beer shelves - which is being challenged as one of their achievements
Making the Mascot less scary
More Bubble machines
Deciding the music play list

Has anything been missed ?

It doesn't look like very much to my eyes, so what, exactly, is the point of it ?

Are the club barking up the wrong tree ?

Yes, they got the match turned off the screens around the ground.

Yet i hate the place and im 10Mins from it, the travel infrastructure locally just is not designed for it, and the ground its self is just a bit well like every other new stadium to me.

A casino is now going in under the ground and hotels are planned for the site.

Like i say don't get it myself.

She can claim at any point that she has engaged with the fans, it fits Brady's agenda perfectly. Anyone who calls themselves a West Ham supporter should never go anywhere near an SAB meeting. If we could persuade everyone on the SAB to leave it Brady would be shafted.

When was the date that something was supposed to happen. Alluded to following talks between the real West Ham supporters group? Was it Christmas or before?

I imagine that it's delivered a sense of disappointment to those SAB members who walked away from it because they realised they were being used as part of a PR exercise. And I also imagine that it's also delivered a sense of feeling of self-importance and possibly smugness to those who still attend its irregular, ineffectual meetings in the naive belief that Brady cared about anyone else opinions except for hers and her organ grinders (I don't like the image that's just conjured up :) ).
