Issa Diop is a beast.

Worth noting that Rice came on very early against Macclesfield so probably deserves to have 2 cup clean sheets himself.

As we're including Declan isn't it worth including Obiang and Noble as well? See if we can get an Indication of our strongest midfield?

OK, good idea; I will in due course amend the opening post, with their stats, too.

8 so far this season, all bar one featuring Declan Gattuso...every single one still featuring Issa Diop.

Strange that we can keep out 3 of the top 6, but struggle to stay 'clean' against Brighton and Huddersfield. Something to work on, obviously.

Still one or two to come :?

To me that says The General, considering his injury, is our most important defender.

Alongside Masuaku and Diop, Fabianski in goal, Right Back doesn't matter hugely but I'd go for Fredericks.

Put Noble, Rice, and Snodgrass (although preferably an upgrade in him), and I think we're pretty set.

It would be interesting to see the home/away breakdown and the full list of players involved. Just because someone is an 'attacker' doesn't mean they don't contribute to the defence, for example Anderson.

Surprised to see Masuaku so much higher than Cresswell.
