Games since started supporting.

We are all familiar with club appearances for players but has anyone worked out how many games they've enjoyed over the years or had to put up with?

I will try and work out an exact figure but I started in 1978 and if we have roughly played 50 games a season I'm guessing I'm around the 2000 mark.

I'm getting a 50 average including cup games and the increase of games in the second tier.

Be interesting to know what the maximum is amongst us. 3500 perhaps? I know this is a very trivial pursuit but it's a long way to August.

I’m a bit of a geek for these things.
The 3-1 win earlier this season at home to Fulham was my 400th competitive match attended.

I have seen every home game bar 4 since 1975. Taking away games into account and those before 1975 I reckon I have seen about 1400 games.

At a rough estimate I've been to roughly 1500 games.

Most in a season was 50, in the second division late 70s or early 80s.
