Lee Bowyer by next Wednsday

Have been told this by a West Ham 1st team player Fee around 700 k rising to a possible 1.5 mill.

Great signing IMO

This is not a rumour it is fact.

I seriously doubt it and the bloke is a racist twat. Pardew paid attention to the fans before in not going for Kanoute, I wouldn't imagine he'd choose someone even more unpopular.

We definitely don't have enough disruptive racists in our midfield at the moment.

You have to write FACT at the end of the sentence to make it a fact. FACT.

Is it 2003 again?

Next you'll be telling me we're close to clinching Les Ferdinand and Rufus Brevett!!

I'd be happy with that. Perfect player for Reo Coker to learn from (on the pitch), suits our high tempo game and has European experience.

Cue, 20 posts about him being racist and crap based on his short spell under Roeder...

If Pards can sort Bowyer's attitude out could be a good signing at that price.

Wasn't saying he's a crap player, by the way. No doubting he's a talented & passionate footballer - just his morals leave much to be desired.

Mixed reaction from me here but as with all signings we make ill judge once they have played for a bit not before

...whilst carrying an injury.

He's a big, "intent" signing, if we pull it off. Sure he's been an odious turd, but our biggest hero of the past ten years is, by his own joyous declaration, a fascist. Who's perfect?

If he could find form near to his best form at Leeds, he'd be magnificent.

At least it's not Craig Bellamy.

Not guilty for the attack on that student in Leeds - fair enough. He was found guilty of some form of twattery in a branch of McDonalds, IIRC. As is routinely pointed out, he was quite young at the time - which is PC b*llocks, frankly. I was young once, and never felt the need to go round behaving like that.

Same here.

He was not fit in his first spell here to be honest. Still a very good player and for that price I'd snap him up like that!
This is not a rumour it is fact.
Will you post a 500 essay of why Teddy Sheringham is a cracking player and bloke if this does not happen then?

Yet Harewood playing away is just a bit of harmless fun, and i bet you'd have no problem with signing some of the top internationals linked with some dodgy behaviour in hotel rooms...

Morals are in very short supply in football.

I think a little Haddock whacking is going on here, who cares. Bowyer hooray. I'm in, good midfielder.
