Can anyone help?

Paid for access to the premium forum nearly 2 weeks ago. Replied to the email with my username and no access yet.

PM's sent to Bristol and UTJ but still nothing.

Not sure what else to do if this fails other than raise a PayPal dispute

I can beat that.....

Registered for the Premium about 5..6...7..8 .....months ago. I had let it run out. So thought I should contribute in my small way.

Still no access......My hope of being let in has completely faded.....I don't even try to enter now...Image

Just bear with us for a while. The boss has a family and life outside of this forum, I'll highlight the problem and I'm sure it will be attended to when he can do so

Add me to the list ... I've spent my £20 and I'd like to get something from it in return. I've sent PMs too. I absolutely appreciate the demands of having to run a forum and a life, and I'm very grateful for all the work that volunteers put in to keep this show on the road ...

But once you start taking money, it's different. Now it's a professional business and you have to deliver the service that you promise to your customers. That's the law, quite apart from anything else.
