I don't mind people having a drink and a laugh but chucking beer on families on boats looks vulgar. As does chucking a bike in the canal with a child seat on it.
I'm taking it some of these will be representing us in Russia too.

Seen the video, just middle-aged chavs really, Amsterdam doesn't always attract the more respectful members of society anyway, they'll get sorted out very quickly if they get that drunk and disrespectful in Russia.

Let's face it, football still attracts a lot of people, whether following England or their club, who just go for the beer up and causing trouble. The actual enjoyment of watching a game of professional football is lost on them.
