Belgium v Italy
Very determined start by Italy and Clattenburg is ref, so think this should be a good watch and a lively evening's entertainment for all the family

Re: Belgium v Italy
I'm struggling with the concept of Italy being attacking, so much has changed.
Quality game so far, probably the 1st with two teams that could win this.

Re: Belgium v Italy
Lukaku has been erased from this match. I don't get Wilmots. He gets outmanaged match after match. That they do as well as they do is down to the quality of player they have. Conti is running circles around him.

Re: Belgium v Italy
Why can't Clattenburg ref like this in the prem? He is so much better (actually very good) in European and International matches. None of the 'look at me' ****.

Take note of Italy's shape when defending .Supremely disciplined , well organised .Hard working .
Chelsea next season won't be shipping many goals .

Re: Belgium v Italy
They're going to need quite a few new players to do this well. Conti's not going to be too impressed with Hazard either in the first half.the pink palermo wrote:Take note of Italy's shape when defending .Supremely disciplined , well organised .Hard working .

Re: Belgium v Italy
Playing Vermalen over Vertoghen at CB shocking. Dembele on the bench even more shocking, why is everyone to scared to go 2 up top? Lukaku looks lost up there on his own. Lukaku and Batman up top and put hazard as the number 10.

Re: Belgium v Italy
Italy is going to get stung if they keep taking chances. They don't need Chiellini making 70 yard runs with the ball.

Re: Belgium v Italy
He's playing this half mostly uncontested until Verthongen catches up to him. Belgium are playing their outside backs very high.
