It really has. ITV has got thier football coverage 'spot on' for the first time I can ever remember.
All the pundits have been great (possibly not Karembou) but Bilic has been absolutely top drawer, even if he wasn't one of our own. I bet the ITV bosses can't quite believe how good he has been.
The presenter Mark Paugach???? Is also good.
And yet they still have the execrable Andy Townsend as a co-commentator. I thought they had ditched that ****er.

Just reading comments on Twitter and there are thousands of them and everyone loves him. They all want him to quit management and become a full time pundit.

Slaven Bilic cannot stop mentioning Dimitri Payet during his Euro 2016 punditry on ITV
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/row-zed/s ... ng-8221872

"Slaven Bilic's punditry has undoubtedly been one of the highlights of Euro 2016. The West Ham manager's brilliantly charismatic appearances on ITV have been more entertaining than some of the matches he's been analysing.

Now, our respect for football's most outstanding bloke just increased even further. Because, as you can see in the clip above, we have just identified a trend to his punditry which proves the man is a GENIUS."

The quality of Slav, Lothar, Pogatch, Petit and Wrighty does offset the awfulness of Townsend and Tyldesly. ITV are far ahead of BBC this time. The outside set on the roof is good too.

"Slaven, it's all well and good us sitting here saying be patient. - if you were the manager in there now what would you be saying to those England players?"

SB; "I'd tell them be patient"

Slave just fuckin nailed it. - "no point talking about good possession when your up against a team not looking to play. - in truth, our finishing & reactions in the third was quite poor"

Love the fact that Slav says 'we' when referring to England.

I can see the FA approaching him at some point - especially if we have another good season. I don't think he'd manage another country though.

No more ITV for Bilic. Back to work...

ITV's coverage will now completly fall apart without their star.

^^^This
Just not the same without him last night. Let's just hope we benefit as a club due to his absence and return to work as a nation mourns the passing of ITVs King of pundits. Shame really.
