100%. Was hopeful that the knockouts would banish the memory of some really attritional football in the groups but not much to get excited about so far.

Croatia seem to be playing for penalties, after beating Spain, why? I don't get their attitude to this, if Slav was on Itv still he'd be going ape ****.

This little Sanches has the physical tools to be a player. Balance, strength, quickness. He surfs tackles like Messi does. He hasn't had a good match but you can tell he's got.the tools. If he's got them between his ears as well and gets proper coaching I reckon we'll be hearing from him one day soon.

Quell surprise extra time, what a non-event. Croatia have not even tried, the fearlessness of the Spain game is a distant memory.
