Payet off, injury free⚒
That said would not be happy if he had been on the receiving end of the Ronaldo tackle. Clumsy.

Genuine question - is Pogba that good ? Ive seen him do nothing in this tournament that justifies anywhere near the 100m that the mancs are meant to be paying for him

Payet off?
Deschamps going for a midfield who can just run fast towards the box.
Think I'll turn it off now, so far it's the final this dull boring tournament deserves.

Dimi's been subbed. Anyone else find it a bit of a shame but at the same time pleased, safe in the knowledge that at least he won't be getting any sort of knock?

Dimi has done very little in the later stages of this tournament.

Covers a lot of ground, gets his foot in. What would Kouyate's value be if someone wanted to buy him? About 15 million? Is Pogba worth 85 million more?dinkster wrote:Genuine question - is Pogba that good ? You'd like to think one of Europe's top strikers would at least have forced the keeper to make a save from there.

Re: The Final - Portugal vs France (Payet)
Glad Payet is off and injury free.
Probably the right decision for France as he wasn't having the best of games.
No blame on Payet but I wonder if the Ronaldo tackle/injury played on Payet's mind that a revenge tackle/injury was coming, hence not playing at his best?
Anyway, let's hope that the next time we see him play is still in a claret and blue shirt.

Payet played as well as anyone tonight, from an attacking perspective. Pepe has been the best player on the pitch though

There was a little girl
with a curl
in the middle of her forehead
when she was good
she was very very good
and when she was bad
she was torrid !
The last time i saw the word "torrid"
I shall probably go to bed now.
