Don't think this will be a cakewalk for Portugal, but Morocco are likely to be heading for the airport

What size cake? Is it one cake or a whole tray of them? Multi tiered? Can you see over it? Is it covered, or getting wet as you walk?

**** Americanism that makes no sense.

I think it refers to a regular supermarket cake, something like a Battenberg, which is fairly portable.

Just educated myself via wikipedia.

The cakewalk or cake walk was a dance developed from the "prize walks" held in the late 19th century, generally at get-togethers on black slave plantations after emancipation in the Southern United States. Alternative names for the original form of the dance were "chalkline-walk", and the "walk-around". At the conclusion of a performance of the original form of the dance in an exhibit at the 1876 Centennial Exposition in Philadelphia, an enormous cake was awarded to the winning couple.

How are we finding the commentary? I tried for 5 minutes but the monotonal drone punctuated by the occasional high pitched shrill was enough for me to put the 5Live commentary on.

It's history being made but personally Vicky Sparks isn't the voice I want to hear

And that's nothing against female commentators they're a good addition to the TMS team but doesn't seem to work in football.

Finding her already miles better than established male commentators like Jonathan Pearce or Clive Tyldesley.

Decent 1st half, Morocco unlucky to be one down, some pretty industrial tackles from both teams

In Australia we've got Martin Tyler commentating. :)

FYI, if anyone has ever watched Aussie Rules football, the MIGHTY rip-roaring, goal-scoring Collingwood reference 'cakewalk' in our theme song...
