Sounds good to me.James P wrote:I hope so. Mexico winning the group should take the Germans out of our path to the final.

Penalty number 128 for the 2018 World Cup.
Mexico take a 1-0 lead.
Still no 0-0's in this World Cup.

doesn't have to be intentional now it seems...arms in unnatural position...quite how you are supposed to control your arms when sliding in to block a shot I have no clue..times I see free kicks awarded because an arm is out when a player is running...has any referee ever tried running with their arms at their side.pharaoh wrote:Doubtful for me. I don't think it was intentional
nowadays players hold their arms behind them when in the box..surely if a ball hits your arm then it should also be a penalty because an arm behind your back is an unnatural position to me...(not that I would award one..just goes to show...) my thought process would be.."did you stop a ball going into the goal ?" and/or "did the ball fall and give you an advantage that you wouldn't have had if the ball hadn't hit your arm ?"
this one fell into neither category for me and should not be a penalty, but as it stands now, I think it has to be given.

This is a very different opponent for Mexico. South Korea are sitting a bit deeper than Germany did and that penalty aside are looking fairly comfortable and a bit dangerous themselves on the break. If they continue with this game plan, I can see them getting back on terms. That's probably ****ed it for them now though

Now I know why Alastair Cook isn't playing ODI cricket for England.

Hernandez is having a decent World Cup, will make it even more frustrating if we sell him before the start of the season. First time in years we’ve had a recognised goal scorer on our books and we’ve failed to get him working for us.
So West Ham.
So West Ham.
