Just watched the penalty again and one thing that I hope Southgate spots is that despite the foul on Kane Stones wins the ball, heads it towards Lingaard who ignores the ball to appeal for the penalty. Now we got the penalty and scored so all good but if we hadn't Lingaard would've given up a decent shooting opportunity.

Yes I noticed that. I've always found it strange that professional footballers often don't play to the whilstle. It's one of the first things you are taught as a kid yet someone who plays football for living can't seem to manage it.
Wasn't the only time a player got distracted. Near the end when 2 balls were on the pitch MaGuire kicked the extra ball out and took his time to reconnect with the match. The Colombians threw the ball in while his mind was awol and they scored. The ref must have blown his whistle, because if he didn't that should have been a goal.
pro-England Bias. We have had a life time of bias against us from FIFA refusing to award us a WC to sending offs, 'goals' not awarded that were miles over the line, hand of nob etc. You can only laugh, if he truly believes that he needs help (as does Diego)

Maybe if they had focused on playing football as opposed to trying anything and everything to ensure that no football could be played, they might have seen less given against them.
They were an utter disgrace through the full 90 min. The ref was actually weak and could/should have sent a few off.
