I wouldn't worry about it Somerset, Theresa May was too nervous to watch the shoot-out....lucky she's not got a stressful pressurised job

You know what one of the best things is (& there are many good things at the moment)?
The fact that we're still watching England playing competitive games in July!!!
It just doesn't happen, that often!

Let's all be positive - if we win this, we can listen to Spurs fans tells us how they won the World Cup, for the next 52 years

You've got to hold and give but do it at the right time, you can be slow or fast but you must get to the line...

They'll always hit you and hurt you, defend and attack, there's only one way to beat them, get round the back..

Re: England Positivity Thread
The coolness under pressure shown by Harry Kane under severe provocation before he took that penalty kick was very VERY impressive , reminded me of a certain Italian West Ham player .

Not quite as cool as Paolo vs Liverpool [ 2.24 in ] but the composure under pressure was just as good .

I genuinely can't remember how long it has been since I have been this proud of an England side, manager and captain.
Pickford, Maguire Trippier and Kane have all massively impressed and surprised me. As has Southgate.
