Yellow Cards carried over from group stage?

Post by Ironball »

Or will Crouch and Gerrard get an amnesty after the Sweden game?

If not, they should get themselves strategic yellow cards against Trinidad assuming we are good shape for six points prior to Sweden.

Anyone know?

Not sure but I don't think the yellows are carried over.

I agree perhaps they could give the ref some verbal or boot the ball into the stands when a free kick is awarded. I don't see Sven being tactically astute enough to condone this though.

No, not carried over, never have been am 100% on that one....unless the rules have now changed, but doubt that has happened.

*but... a suspension will be carried over so need to be careful in Sweden match *
