The bitterest pill.......
Time for all sides to move on. His heart is in Bolton, and our faith is with Slaven.

Cheers CH
I like Big Sam, but he hasn't told the complete truth. He said he achieved all the targets of last season. But that's not completely true is it. One target was to play attacking football. He certainly didn't reach that target in the 2nd half of last season. And the other target was to finish in the top 10. He failed miserably at that. So did he meet all of his targets? Er no.
Plus he had the cheek to say winning games wasn't good enough. If he means 3 wins since the turn of the year then yes that isn't good enough. In fact thats beyond disgraceful. Sully played a big part for our collapse last season by not adding a striker and a versatile defender/defensive midfielder to the squad in January. But we still easily had enough in the squad to pick up 1, or 3 points here and there. Considering where we were at the half way point. The worst we should've finished in the table was 10th. We underachieved big time.

Aah the simplicity of newspaper polls. 'Yes' 'No'. I mean at least having a 'f*** Knows' button woud encourage more accuracy!

How many times is Allardyce going to roll out this one-liner? I swear he leads every interview with it'The West Ham Way' is obviously not winning every week, like I tried to do!
Bitter much?

I appreciate the job Big Sam did for us to start with but ultimately both sides knew it wasn't a good fit.
His comment on the owners echo common frustrations on this board at times but to churn out the 'winning every game like I do' line is as deluded as he labelled us really.
Still onwards and upwards under Slaven.
Thanks CH.
