I still find it amazing that people can't go two hours at a football match without eating.

I happen to know the company that will be involved in the building & completion of this particular Maccy D's. Unfortunately it is being shut down after the Olympics and will only be a temporary structure. There are ongoing talks regarding something permanent with the redevelopment of the stadium but nothing is yet confirmed.

Sorry

A McDonalds Double cheesebuger contains 55% of your daily fat requirement .

I hope they don't get anywhere near the club .

I hope there are dozens and dozens of food stalls selling an ethnically diverse product range to reflect the area we are relocating to .

Local traders, plying their trade at the heart of the community .

With Westfield and its many food options on the doorstep, the club has to be mindful that they can't afford to overcharge for inferior produce.

I believe we'll be seeing a decent choice at better value than we get now. More than likely in partnership with Westfield's operators.

Aahh - Much as I despise most of the food served up in Maccy D's and cannot remember the last time I ate in one of their 'restaurants', I could possibly have a financial interest in the placement of one at the stadium :D

Depends on the rental agreements and objections/proposals from Westfields, surely?

Which raises the sinister possibility - if Westfield does take over West Ham the OS could become very integrated with Stratford City. At half time you could find yourself accosted by chuggers or double glazing salesmen down by the food stands. And they might want to pitch in with a few promotions too; spend hundred quid and get your football tickets for free...mind you that would make shopping with the other half a slightly less painful prospect.

You can't have been going Duncan's for all of that time and must of have gone somewhere before that as it's not been open 35 years.

And if they've got any sense they'll move their shop nearer to Stratford.
