West Ham to create 700 New Jobs

Postby Francoisvander or else on Mon Aug 06, 2012 12:27 pm

"If West Ham United are chosen to become anchor concessionaires of the Stadium they have pledged to expand the award-winning work the Community Sports Trust already does in some of the most deprived areas in the country. A West Ham United move would also boost the area's economy with the creation of 700 new full and part-time positions".

In one week we have been linked to Carroll, Tevez and Kaka and now we we will be creating 700 jobs if we get the stadium. We are certainly doing a good job at raising our profile.

If true 700 jobs would be great for the local economy/area.

I think it's important people understand these will not be full time , 40 hour a week jobs .

Having said that the club should be applauded for any efforts for job creation in the poorest part of London .

More like a marathon but with October soon on us surely just a hop, step and and a jump away from making this leap of faith a reality?

It's only replacing the physiotherapists made unemployed when Kieron Dyer left.
